**Job Summary and Qualifications**
This position provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition. This position will perform duties such as reporting and auditing, financial record keeping, calendar management, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating department mailings, and working on special projects. Deals with a diverse group of external customers, as well as, internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment and high level of attention to detail is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
What you will do in this role:
+ Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for all members of the department. Maintains calendars and contact lists.
+ Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls. Responds to regularly recurring requests for information.
+ Handles confidential information and non-routine information and explains departmental policies when necessary.
+ Works independently and within the team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
+ Develops reports, audits and correspondence as requested. High level of attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy in data, spelling, grammar, and layout
+ Act as a liaison between facility marketing reps, internal facility departments and TA to help facilitate the execution of owned, shared, and paid content for TA campaigns
+ Ensure high-quality creative execution within employer brand guidelines
+ Conduct market and prospect research to identify new marketing tactics
+ Participate in weekly/monthly meetings
**What qualifications you will need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Significant and direct experience in recruiting may be considered in lieu of a college degree requirement
+ Minimum of 3 years recruiting or marketing experience
+ Healthcare recruiting experience is helpful
