About this Role
Brink Constructors, Inc
In this position y ou will collaborate closely with Recruiters, Candidates, and Hiring Managers to coordinate all aspects of the recruitment life cycle from job posting to onboarding. Act as a brand ambassador for Quanta Services, promoting our culture and values to prospective candidates. This position must adhere to all the rules and policies as well as ensuring the organization’s practices comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Pay:
This is an exempt/salary position. The pay range is $25.00-$31.00/HR. Pay may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
Position will be based out of our corporate office in Englewood, CO. Position requires travel for recruiting and other events up to 30% (subject to change)
What You'll Do
The Talent Acquistion Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates throughout the recruitment process. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
+ Support and maintain the hiring process with active involvement in recruitment and onboarding activities.
+ Create and manage job descriptions and postings, coordinate background checks, MVR, and drug screens.
+ Coordinate high volume phone and on-site interview scheduling requests in a timely manner.
+ Assist with college recruiting program & campus events.
+ Preserve confidential information such as offer letters, compensation data, and candidate information with a high degree of integrity and judgment.
+ Assist in scheduling and coordinating team activities.
+ Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve processes and enhance the candidate
+ Assist with sourcing and identifying possible qualified candidates for current open positions.
+ Partner and assist Culture & Engagement team with employee engagement projects.

Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
+ Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
+ Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to maintain/manage confidential information.
+ Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism.
+ Ability to make sound judgments on job-related matters, work independently, demonstrate initiative and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency with MS Office.
+ Prior ATS experience preferred (ICIMS)
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
+ 2+ years coordinator experience in a fast-paced work environment.
+ Team player- Able to contribute to the overall goals of the team.
+ Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
+ A positive attitude, team-oriented, and a passion for recruitment.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
+ A high level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.

Compensation Range
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $25.00/Yr. - depending on experience and qualifications.
