SBM Management Services is searching for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist the Talent Acquisition Department and recruiting team through administrative tasks such as ordering equipment, performing background checks, reference checks, scheduling interviews, and managing job postings.
Responsibilities:
Order equipment (e.g., laptops, cellphones, monitors) for promotions / title transfers and ensure that onboarding admins have everything they need for the onboarding process.Prepare promotion / title transfer/ title alignment offer letters and coordinate with HRIS for integration.Collaboration with Staffing Specialists and Frontline team to manage job updates in our ATS system.Follow up with IT and promoted / transferred employees to ensure they received the provided equipment.Update the recruiting system with new hires, promotions, and transfers.Schedule meetings and coordinate with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.Manage and maintain interview schedules and candidate feedback.Coordinate background checks and ensure timely completion.Provide support to HRIS and TA teams with data entry and report generation.Assist with creating and updating job descriptions.Provide customer service to hiring managers, candidates, and employees.Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information.Manage job postings for recruiting team and above positions across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter to maximize candidate outreach.One of the points of contact for the recruiting department, responding to emails, resolving issues, and providing comprehensive support.Other duties as assignedQualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively in a team.High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or related field.Shift: Full-time, Monday - Friday
Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
