About the role:

Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, Greater China. This candidate will lead and manage Taiwan Work Dynamic (Workplace management) Account Management, talent acquisition, transition and working closely with senior stakeholders, HR Business Partners, and the Greater China Talent Acquisition team.

What this job involves:

A passion for talent
Do you have a passion for talent? This role is critical to the success of the wider talent acquisition team and Human Resources team. We need someone who has passion for partnering with business stakeholders to determine hiring needs, devise and execute effective recruiting strategies for identifying the best talent for experienced role. You’ll know how to employ traditional and creative innovative sourcing strategies to play a lead role in our recruitment.
 

Communication
Proactively consult with, influence, advise and coach line managers on resourcing issues and strategies to deliver the best fit people timely, applying appropriate strategies to individual recruitment processes taking into account urgency, cost and role priority, ensuring and demanding communication and coordination across functions and geographies on all recruitment activities.

Collaboration
You’ll work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team to ensure successful delivery of talent. In addition, you will communicate regularly with business line leaders to identify resourcing needs and provide support in manpower planning; and to clearly understand requirements and expectations of the grad and intern recruitment as well. Managing the full Recruiting process
Are you an experienced recruiter? You’ll need to be. In this role, you will be fully involved in the end-to-end recruitment process managing requisitions from creation through to on-boarding for Corporate Solution Account Management . Taking control of the entire process will mean your responsibilities will include administration and documentation related to the hire process as well as HR system monitoring and management. You will also be responsible for managing the early career talent pool working with managers, HR BPs and the TA team for internal roles.
