What You'll Do
Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, the Talent Acquisition Assistant will work jointly with the North American (NAMR) and Mid-Atlantic recruiting teams to execute the annual consulting recruiting pipeline and support the complete life cycle of the New Jersey office’s consulting staff recruiting efforts. This includes event planning and execution, candidate pipeline development, marketing and branding related activities, planning and participating in the interview process, building of interview schedules, candidate communication and relationship building, and all conversion activities. This position requires confidentiality and professionalism and someone who can deliver in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to change. The Talent Acquisition Assistant must have effective communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to work independently, prioritize work, and have a proactive approach.

Cultivate relationships with candidates, following up on candidate inquiries, creating positive BCG recruiting experiences by serving as a friendly, welcoming face to BCGDevelop and own relationships with campus career services, campus clubs, and other campus organizations, developing BCG’s brand on campusManage logistics (planning, correspondence, execution) of the recruiting process from marketing and event planning, through screening, interviewing (interviewer swaps, candidate communication, email logistics), and conversionProvide support throughout the year for the New Jersey office recruiting activities and efforts, such as the Associate and Consultant summer internship programs, Welcome Weekends, and other various recruiting events and conversion effortsManage the New Jersey recruiting cadre training, commitment, and performance tracking processes (select and train interviewers, staff NAMR events and interviews with the right mix of consulting staff, ensure commitments are upheld, etc.)Partner with NAMR and Mid-Atlantic leadership to ensure a smooth execution of recruiting strategy; build network and liaise with peers in other offices and regional recruiting to ensure alignment on all initiativeCoordinate programs and events across multiple dimensions and understanding end to end planning processes capturing all required detailsOrganizes your roles and responsibilities and effectively communicating updates and progress with team membersAssist with special projects and analyses as neededWhat You'll Bring
BA/BS degree required1-2 years of recruiting, HR, or relevant work experienceHigh customer service and relationship orientation - strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly responsive, want to deliver great results at all times, able to develop effective working relationships with colleagues across the organization and candidatesExcellent time and project management skills. You’ll be working with a closely knit team of Talent Acquisition members in the Mid-Atlantic offices and across the North American regional recruiting team. You’ll be supporting the campus MBA and Undergraduate recruiting programs, and you'll work with other Talent Acquisition team members to back each other up and help each other out when things get extra busy or when someone is out of the office. The team is very collaborative and enjoys learning and mentoring each other. Your manager will be a great resource for support and trouble-shooting, and will provide developmental guidance and support as your grow your career at BCG.

Compensation Information
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
