Essential Duties &Responsibilities
Recruiting Operations:
Provide candidate pipeline as a result of the effective coordination with the hiring manager and introduce process improvements.
Administer appropriate adjustments to plan in order to provide the site or multiple locations with required manpower labor in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation and execution of recruitment strategies for the site and review performance against plan.
Sourcing: Source candidates for each position as well as leverage on line recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking systems to identify qualified candidates. Able to establish an academe linkage to the top 5 reputable schools which can be a good source of high quality candidates. Create strong ties with the universities thereby elevating Alorica to a preferred company status. Effectively set and manage candidates’ expectations and able to act as an effective frontline to the different organization where he/she can source candidates.
Analytics: Receive and monitor job applications from external sources to respective recruitment point of contact. Lead /manage complex projects. Understand the business process management and business requirements of the customers and translate them to specific reports requirements. Introduce innovative ideas in the report generation that will assist in making a sound business decision. Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Interface regularly with management to understand potential concerns and be able to provide solutions. Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
