The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Advisor role is to source, attract, select and hire top talent in the market for Cushman & Wakefield via a variety of sourcing techniques and build talent pooling and pipelining of qualified candidates ensuring that we provide cost efficient, quality service that is aligned with and supports the achievement of Company goals. The role will deliver recruitment services for various roles, from Trades to Executives by collaborating with Hiring Managers to screen, interview and appoint the right candidate for the role in accordance with a fair and consistent recruitment and selection process. There is also a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience through timely updates.The role will also guide and collaborate with hiring managers on Talent Attraction and Sourcing, Recruitment Strategy & Selection, compliance to pre-hire policies, and ensuring HR Systems like ATS and CRM are leveraged, TA metrics are in high quality and global best practices are being shared and leveraged in country. There are also opportunities to be part of or lead on broader HR projects and initiatives.

Note: The role would be a 12-month contract to start with.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and university career centers.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for entry-level roles.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' fit for specific positions.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Assist in the preparation of interview materials and logistics.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Assist in the development and execution ofrecruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Support other talent acquisition initiatives and projects as assigned.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
