As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will provide critical administrative support to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our recruitment processes.Your focus will be on supporting the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, and providing high-quality service to both candidates and hiring managers. If you are highly organised and detail oriented, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Provide high level administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including probity checks and managing candidate communications.Ensure compliance within the HRIS system (Workday)Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and organizational standards, including accurate documentation and record-keeping.Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and onboardingAssist with group interview days and recruitment projectsLiaise with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a seamless hiring process.Support the team in implementing recruitment strategies that align with Anglicare’s Christian ethos and values.About You:Strong administration and data processing skillsRecruitment or HR experience (highly regarded)Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail and dedicated to seeing projects through to completionAbility to work professionally and collaborate within a teamStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft office suiteA commitment to Anglicare’s mission and values, with the ability to work in a Christian based organization.Benefits:A supportive and collaborative work environment.Meaningful work within a respected community organization.Opportunity for work up to 5 days per weekHybrid working - work 2 days from homeAccess to discounts with over 400 retailers in our treehouse programFor more information contact Caroline Sta-Maria, Talent Acquisition Volume Manager Application Close Date: November 26, 2024
