TACTICAL PLANNING ANALYST

WG4, Moscow HQ based (temporary)

reporting to TACTICAL & OPERATIONAL PLANNING GROUP MANAGER

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

To be fully responsible for production requirements calculation on brand style and SKU level in accordance with stock targets, geography, marketing initiatives, non-tobacco materials (NTM) availability for 18-months (monthly) and ASP (twice a year) periods in accordance with business requirements and company strategy;  To calculate production requirements scenarios & adjustments in order to avoid FG and NTMs write-offs;   To collaborate effectively with Marketing and GSC teams to ensure reasonable activities scheduling to plan Finished Goods availability at JTI warehouses in accordance with Market needs; To analyze production plans on daily and monthly basis monitoring consistency Market by-SKU requirements vs. Factory fulfilment, discover issues timely and prevent negative consequences;  To be responsible for JTI Shipments reflection into SAP IBP as well as alignment with Finance Department in accordance with global procedures published by Global Planning Team  To take active part in process optimization, including up-to-date calculation tools development and related tools implementation.

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Higher education (desirably technical or economical); At least 2- year experience in the related areas (ex.planning, sales forecasting and analysis); Excellent PC user (Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, Figma, BI and 1C as a plus ); English: Upper  Intermediate level; Structured thinker with excellent analytical skills and attention to the details; Ability to work under pressure, to define priorities and deliver results under limited timeframe; Advanced communication and presentation skills; Self-disciplined, result oriented and good organizational skills; Positive thinking attitude.
