The Opportunity 

Delaware North Gaming is searching for full-time Table Games Relief Shift to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. In this position you will work as a Floor, Pit, and Shift. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth, professional, and courteous guest experience. You will lead by example and share your knowledge and skills with fellow team members working the gaming floor.

 

Pay$24.00 / hour when working as Floor Supervisor$26.00 / hour when working as Pit $28.00 / hour when working as Relief Shift  $1.00 added if you have Poker.

Responsibilities Works as floor supervisor overseeing Table Games operations and supervising Table Games team membersMakes table decisions as necessary based on rulesProtects the integrity of games through observation and following appropriate proceduresProvides prompt, accurate, and courteous service to Table Games playersHandles any customer concerns as necessary, informs necessary personnel of any unusual request or play by guestsQualifications Must be 21 years of age or olderMust be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming licenseMinimum three years' supervisory experience requiredMinimum three years' professional dealing experience, in a similar setting and dealing similar games requiredMust be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various types of games offered at this facilityExcellent customer service skills and the ability to train and coach others in these skillsMust be flexible with schedule, able to work weekends with possible overtime as neededNo college degree requiredPhysical Requirements Requires sitting, reaching and pulling a majority of the shiftRequires some standing, walking, bending, stooping, with the ability to periodically lift and carry up to 50 poundsShift Details
