Responsibilities Make table decisions as necessary based on rulesProtect the integrity of games through observation and following appropriate proceduresProvide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to table games playersHandle any guest concerns and inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or playsQualifications Must be 21 years of age or olderMust be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming licenseMinimum of 2 years of supervisory and professional poker dealing experienceMust be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various types of poker games offered at the facilityAbility to work weekends and overtime as neededNo college degree requiredPhysical Requirements Sitting, standing, reaching, and pulling for majority of shiftAbility to periodically lift up to 40 poundsShift Details
