TA2 Recruiting Operations Supervising Associate

As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, Supervising Associate, you will be at the heart of that goal, directly engaging with the recruiting team to deliver data-driven insights and operational expertise to achieve hiring objectives.

The Opportunity

 

The Recruiting Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent attraction process. This role acts as the backbone of our recruiting team by managing systems, data, processes, and special projects. You will be responsible for optimizing our recruiting workflows, ensuring data integrity, and providing critical support to enable the team to focus on attracting and hiring top talent.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

 

· Deliver operational support to enhance team's effectiveness in achieving recruiting goals.

· Oversee the management of ATS and other talent platforms ensuring effective reporting and analytics to support recruitment efforts.

· Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency of talent attraction operations.

· Coordinate and manage job descriptions and social media postings to engage potential candidates and promote our employer brand.

· Maintain and organize training materials, co-develop content with team leads, and coordinate training delivery as needed.

· Ensure timely communication and implementation of recruitment process and compliance changes to align with evolving business needs.

· Proactively communicate best practices and innovative use cases to enhance recruitment processes, including automation and AI applications.

· Serve as the administrator for relevant platforms, ensuring updates and maintenance are performed regularly.

· Support Talent Attraction leadership in managing and analyzing job board data and recruiting platform utilization, providing insights and reports to optimize investment effectiveness

 

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

 

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

· A minimum of six to eight plus years of recruiting operations experience

· Working knowledge of current recruitment/hiring laws and practices

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and knowledge and experience working with applicant tracking software; willingness to learn AI-driven tools and platforms.

· Quick learner with a strong aptitude for adopting new technologies

· Proficient in reporting and analytical skills

· Excellent change management abilities

· Strong attention to detail

· Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
