As a Talent Acquisition Strategic Sourcer at Schneider Electric, you will proactively search for talent needed by the organization for current or planned demand.  You will find and qualify new candidates, verify their interest, and move them forward to the business for current needs or move them into a process to keep profiles connected and “warm” to the organization’s brand for current or future opportunities.  We are looking for someone who shares our high impact culture, core values and passion for delivering incredible service to our customers with each candidate.  In this role, you will\:

 

Responsibilities\:

·  Market intel & research- pulling together the story

·  Talent & market mapping

·  Digital efficiency / Digital Mindset

·  Drives effectiveness of our CRM platform (filing roles from talent pools)

·  Identification and anticipation of future strategic needs (intel from business and HR)

·  Focus on key talents and key skills

·  Development of different recruiting channels-diverse channel mix

·  Talent hunting passive candidates\:  strategic sourcing for the future- keep warm

·  Building always-on talent pipelines, hire skills vs. expertise/attract talents from adjacent industries- hire hardest to find talent wherever located- no open position required

·  Diversity integrated in every pipeline

·  Administer Bootcamp/new hire onboarding/B2E/ One Voice

·  LinkedIn and ICIMS reporting/Team meetings

Qualifications\:
