Job Summary:

Creates and presents the strategy for senior leader approval to deliver effective recruitment campaigns for identified clinical roles through digital media and communication focused on promoting the employer brand aligned with the employee value proposition, improving reputation management, and increasing awareness of available employment options. Leads the clinical recruitment team to creatively attract, source, and hire business critical talent through a unique, candidate-centered experience. Designs the goals and approach to track, collect, analyze, and communicate market, consumer, and competitor intelligence to support recruitment of clinicians system wide.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops clinical recruitment goals and infrastructure to align with business-critical needs and strategies. Monitors number and type of vacancies. Uses information to develop new recruitment strategies and identify retention issues.Defines and effectively reports on key clinical recruitment analytics, processes, and programs to key stakeholders to ensure business alignment. Partners as a subject matter expert to inform on gaps related to clinical talent pipeline.Manages all team activities, including staffing, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement and conflict management.Mentors the clinical recruitment team on new ways to strategically research and source candidates to fill open clinical requisitions. Responsible for management functions including recruitment, hiring, performance evaluation, performance management, development, and team agility.Leads the strategy, creation and management of multimedia content related to sourcing and generating prospective clinical candidate leads. Identifies new uses for technology-based (including social media) search and sourcing techniques.Partners with marketing, communications, other recruitment teams, and leaders to develop an aligned social strategy. Manages advertising and recruitment budget to meet relevant market’s recruitment initiatives.Identifies gaps and strategy for establishing external relationships and reports on progress using the customer relationship management database (CRM).Provides guidance to team on how to partner and consult with hiring leaders to clarify specific job objectives, requirements, and preferences.Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing

EXPERIENCE

 Five years’ recruitment or registered nurse experience, with two years' in leadership

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.Frequent keyboard use/data entry.Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.Rare climbing.
