Systems Technician III

HOW A SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN III WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
● Creates, deletes and modify customer accounts.
● Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
● Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
● Candidate must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
● Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Associates of Arts/Associates of Science
● Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Data Entry
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
● Preferred Skills: Ticketing System, Active Directory, Customer Service
● Location: On Site
● Certification: Security+, A+ or Net+
● Shift: M-F 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $39.10 - $52.90. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
