Direct Hire opportunity for a Systems Stress Engineer located onsite in Long Beach, CA.

\r\n\r\n

As a Systems Stress Engineer you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tStress Analysis - Perform analysis of systems supports and routings using hand analysis, finite element analysis (FEA), and other advanced techniques. You will identify and analyze potential failure modes and recommend design improvements.\r\n\tDocumentation - You will generate, review and/or approve engineering analysis and strength check notes and compliance documentation.\r\n\tRequirements Management - You will work cross-functionally to ensure systems routings and support designs meet all system and aircraft-level requirements.\r\n\tSchedule Management - You will work with technical experts to build and execute product development schedule, ensuring that all program and system level milestones are attained.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.\r\n\t5 years' experience in systems stress analysis.\r\n\tExperience with software tools such as FEMAP, Siemens NX, and Abaqus preferred.\r\n\tFamiliarity with both static and vibration analysis.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Salary Range: 125,000 - $150,000 per year

\r\n\r\n
