This is an onsite role located at our facility in Brown Deer Wisconsin.
About the role:
This is a night shift role monitoring client-facing systems and applications including mainframes, Tandems, switches, networks, processor links, ATM’s, servers- windows, UNIX, Linux and internet applications.
Shifts are 12 hours 6:30pm – 6:30am including weekends
What you will be doing:
Managing hardware and software in 24x7 processing environment to ensure peak performance at full capacity.
Recognizing abnormal processing conditions and responding appropriately to resolve errors in a timely manner.
What you will need:
Knowledge of financial services industry and mainframe and/or open systems operating systems. Ie; Connex and PuTTY
Ability to use production control tools and resources to analyze and respond to all system processing errors.
High school diploma or GED required - Associate’s, bachelor’s or the equivalent experience may be required at higher career levels.
Added bonus if you have:
Additional Mainframe experience or any technical certifications
