-Supporting engagements as a trusted technical resource to clients to implement complex technical solutions, establishing credibility with individuals within client organization;
-Experience implementing IT Operations Management, Discovery, Monitoring, and AIOps solutions using current industry platforms (ServiceNow ITOM, BMC Helix Operations Management, etc).
-Experience implementing solutions leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies and frameworks to drive greater observability and service operations automation;
-Experience implementing BMC and other industry leading observability and AIOps technologies for monitoring Cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their key technologies;
-Experience implementing solutions with industry leading discovery technologies (SCCM, ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, Big Panda, Moogsoft, Datadog etc.) and how they integrate with BMC AIOps tooling;
- Experience configuring integrations between BMC or other industry AIOps tooling as well as other downstream IT monitoring tools within the client ecosystem to consolidate Observability data into a “single pane of glass”
-Experience implementing solutions to transform and migrate legacy observability solutions to BMC AIOps or other industry leading solutions.
-Thorough understanding of Integration platforms and protocols (REST, SOAP, HTTP, UDP etc.);
-Experience in developing technical specifications and configuration guides for target-state AIOps and Observability solutions within different complex client environments; and
-Communicating solution approach in an organized and knowledgeable manner.
