You will act as a liaison between external groups (program teams, product development, launch teams) and internal departments (software development, product management, data analysis, embedded systems), managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches of new manufacturing facilities. You will monitor progress, manage risks, adjust schedules, and lead integration efforts to ensure seamless operation of all system components and high-quality products through rigorous testing and validation. Collaborating closely with design engineering, operations teams, IT, enterprise architecture, and plant managers, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Your proven leadership qualities enable you to lead teams and manage projects from conception to completion. You are skilled at identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions, and you're adept at planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 5+ years in program or project management roles 8+ years in systems engineering within the automotive or manufacturing industry Proven ability to deliver complex products from concept to production

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification is preferable Masters degree is preferable

What you'll do
