JOB SUMMARY
The Systems Engineer Senior is responsible for leading project initiatives, designing server and storage solutions and overseeing server and storage installations. This individuals primary duties include researching and designing installations, working with other teams to communicate system requirements for successful project implementations and guiding team members on server and storage system installation and maintenance tasks.
Candidate must reside within the state of WI.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.
Minimum Required:
Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field and four years of relevant work experience or
Associate Degree in an Information Technology field and six years of relevant work experience or
High school diploma or equivalent and eight years of relevant work experience and a current industry or technology certification.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required: Demonstrated leadership ability. Competency in an enterprise environment for one or more of the following:
Microsoft Windows ServerVMWare ESXiPowershellBrocade Storage NetworkingCommvault or other backup software productsPreferred/Optional: Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server, SQL Server and server clustering technologies.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.
Minimum Required: Vender certification may be required.
Preferred/Optional: A State of Wisconsin valid driver’s licenses with an acceptable driving record. Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent certification.
