Manage the general configuration and performance of the Enterprise document management systems. Provide high level administration, maintenance, and system support for Enterprise document management systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in all aspects of Windows systems administration, a very strong grasp of networking fundamentals, previous experience supporting medium to large data centers, and an aggressive, detailed approach to problem-solving. Candidates must also demonstrate a strong appreciation for and knowledge of best practices in maintaining a highly secure environment. A strong background in customer service is required. Qualifications Required qualifications: 1. N+ or equivalent required. 2. Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems. 3. Two (2) or more years of applicable work experience 4. Knowledge of servers, configurations, and hardware installation 5. VMware ESX, Backup Technologies, Disaster Recovery 6. Must be able to manage multiple projects. 7. Must be able to work independently and proactively. 8. Knowledge of Active Directory, LAN and WAN. Preferred qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science preferred. 2. MCSA Certification or MSCE Microsoft Certification preferred.
