Job Title: Systems Engineer
Job Description

Kutta Technologies is seeking Systems Engineers with experience in commercial and/or military command and control, communications, navigation, and/or human-machine interfaces. Work includes architecting systems design, documenting designs, developing systems requirements, and developing test procedures. This individual will be working within airborne standards to design using a modular approach. Must be able to quickly learn, develop, and document new features for complex systems. Important skills include being self-motivated, team-oriented, and excellent customer interaction.

ResponsibilitiesArchitect systems design and document designs.Develop systems requirements and test procedures.Work within airborne standards to design using a modular approach.Quickly learn, develop, and document new features for complex systems.Essential Skills10 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably model-based systems engineering (MBSE).Development of systems documentation, preferably with DOORS experience.Experience in Agile tool kits, such as GitLab, JIRA, or Azure.Knowledge of software aviation airborne standards.Requirements Development at Software Requirements Specification Level.Must be able to obtain a security clearance or have one already.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Uncrewed Aircraft Systems.Experience with Manned Aviation.Knowledge of Interoperability Profiles, such as RAS-A, G, or UAS IOP STANAG 4586.Knowledge of FACE or future airborne capability environment is a plus.Knowledge of SOSA is beneficial.Work Environment
