Summary: Seeking a Systems Engineer to implement and maintain airport IT software and hardware solutions, ensuring 24/7 operation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with Microsoft Server O/S and VMWare ESXi
Hands-on experience with PC hardware installation and support
Customer service experience
Preferred Skills:
MCSE, VMWare, and Cisco Certification
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain airport IT systems
Establish, modify, and monitor systems for workflow efficiency
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Provide technical advice to resolve issues within predefined time constraints
Monitor systems daily for continuous operation
Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure support levels are maintained
Ensure effective delivery of support services
Participate in a rotating schedule for 24/7 customer support
Pay Details: $40.00 to $47.00 per hour
