CACI is seeking a Systems Engineer to join a fast-paced counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS) mission that makes a difference to the Army warfighter on a daily basis.
What You’ll get to Do:
You will be responsible for working with stakeholders to develop Solutions and deliver new capabilities. You will Define and communicate the product vision and goals in alignment with the overall business strategy, Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, to gather and document product requirements, user stories, and use cases. You will support the team in prioritization and backlog management including technical roadmap development that aligns with a release plan for both hardware and software capabilities.
You will be part of a team of fun and energized engineers and culture of sharing information amongst teammates working within a product family to field tactical SIGINT collection systems to the DoD.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
2+ years of SE experience with a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or universityCurrent TS clearance and able to obtain SCIFamiliar with Jira and Confluence tool setExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersExperience with the standard Systems Engineering “V” processes and lifecycleAnalytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisionsKnowledge of agile product management tools and practicesAdaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environmentAble to work independently and effectively manage daily activitiesFamiliarity with radio frequency (RF) systems and test equipment (spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, multimeter etc.)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with C-UAS and/or RF software and hardware systemsExperience with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) software and hardwareUnderstanding of SDR (Software Defined Radio) systemsExperience developing UML/SysML models with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as a Cameo Systems Modeler ExperienceExperience with test automation.Experience with machine learningExperience with SATCOM systemsSecurity+ or CISSP Certification

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$72,200 - $147,900
