EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Apply problem solving skills with a focus on project work. Troubleshoot and manage our complex Remote Desktop environments. Windows server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, migration, and administration. Management of Active Directory, Sites and Services, Domains and Trusts, Group Policy, and more in a multi domain environment. Troubleshoot, create, upgrade, and decommission domain controllers. Provide level 3 support for end users to resolve reported problems. Administer, backup, and configure Microsoft SQL clustered databases. Deploy applications and manage autopilot with Intune. Utilize PowerShell to automate systems administration tasks when possible. Monitor alerts and resolve problems reported by automated systems. Create and manage internal Microsoft certificates. Coach your fellow team members on your areas of expertise. Communicate upcoming changes and project statuses verbally and through written means to both technical and non-technical staff.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Work is performed in a normal office environment three days a week with minimal physical risks involved. The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate. You will be able to work from home up to two days a week contingent on performance.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Information Technology or Information Systems preferred. Applicable experience can be substituted for college education. Six or more years of progressive experience in professional information technology position(s) is required. Experience with Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Remote Desktop, Active Directory management, and VMware administration are required. An advanced level skillset is preferred.
CERTIFICATES
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert and VMware Certified Professional preferred.

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
