Description We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team in Saint Charles, Missouri. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain advanced IT systems to support operational efficiency and organizational goals. Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain IT systems using Cisco, Citrix, and cloud technologies. • Manage and optimize Active Directory environments to ensure secure and seamless access. • Develop automation scripts and solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce manual tasks. • Oversee backup systems and disaster recovery processes to safeguard critical data. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and support AWS cloud technologies. • Conduct performance testing, including A/B testing, to ensure system reliability and effectiveness. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for Dell and DELL EMC technologies. • Monitor and enhance system performance, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. • Document system configurations, processes, and updates to maintain accurate records. • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a related role. • Proficiency in Cisco and Citrix technologies, with hands-on experience in deployment and management. • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, and their practical applications. • Expertise in Active Directory management and automation tools. • Familiarity with Dell and DELL EMC technologies, including hardware and software solutions. • Experience with backup and disaster recovery strategies and tools. • Ability to conduct performance testing, such as A/B testing, to evaluate system effectiveness. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimization.
