Description We are in search of a mid level Systems Engineer to be a part of our team based in Tampa, Florida. This role involves direct interaction with client end-users to address issues related to hardware, software, network, and applications. This position is an in-office role where you will be the point of contact for advanced technical issues and requests. Responsibilities: • Manage the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of physical, virtual, and cloud servers based on site tech and industry best practices. • Serve as a Tier 3 support for escalations and outages, which may require communicating with customers and end-users. • Take charge of Microsoft 365 migration, configuration, troubleshooting, and high-level administration for new and existing clients. • Manage our RMM solution used to support client and internal servers and workstations remotely. • Maintain client backup solutions for both cloud and on-prem infrastructure. • Monitor alerts and identify trends, performing root cause analysis to resolve issues. • Contribute to the development and design of client support efforts and systems. • Display good communication and documentation habits. • Utilize cloud technologies, Dell technologies, Active Directory, AWS technologies, Microsoft, AWS managed services, and server configuration skills. • Troubleshoot hardware issues. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Systems Engineer role or similar • Proficient in Cloud Technologies including but not limited to AWS Technologies and AWS Managed Services • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Dell Technologies • Proven experience with Microsoft products and platforms • Familiarity with Active Directory is required • Experience with Server Configuration is necessary • Must have strong skills in Hardware Troubleshooting • Ability to stay current with evolving technologies and advancements in the field of systems engineering • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred Must be able to work fully onsite- Microsoft (MCSA or MCSE) or Microsoft 365 Certification is a huge plus!
