As part of GBIS, a Systems Engineer – Collaboration will be part of a team focused on (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Unified Communication technologies. They will be experts in the technical lead administration of the environment. They will work with our Collaboration Solution Architect to ensure architectural standards are followed and to break down large plans for the Collaboration agile teams to work on. They will work with managed services providers and system integrators to maintain the environment. They will also assist in supporting enterprise print functions as needed. You will report into a Manager of Information Technology.
You Will:
You will ensure the reliable centric service delivery through our managed service providers of collaboration services, including Microsoft Office 365 and Unified Communication technologiesBe a point of escalation and partner advocate for production support issues in partnership with our global managed service providerLead collaboration agile teams, defining user stories, maintaining the product backlog and providing feedbackDevelop and document processes for Microsoft Office 365 and Unified Communication technologiesIdentify areas of opportunity to improve Collaboration servicesMaintain relationships with strategic suppliers and stay informed of latest collaboration technologiesGather requirements for business processes and work with Collaboration Solution Architect to improve collaboration tools setupPromote the benefits of collaboration technologies to increase adoption and productivity gainsParticipate in M&A integration projects to ensure successful email and data migrationsPartner with Asset Management to ensure compliance on licensed softwareYou Have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related experience3+ years of admin experience with Microsoft Office 365Experience supporting video conferencing platforms (Webex, Zoom, Teams)Experience implementing conference room systemsTravel up to 10%#LI-MC1

Compensation:
Pay Range:$71,300-$104,600The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
