We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Developer Architect to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will design, develop, and oversee the implementation of complex systems and infrastructure solutions. As a technical lead, you will collaborate with stakeholders to align system designs with business objectives while ensuring seamless integration, security, and performance across the organization.
Responsibilities Design and Development: Develop and implement robust technical solutions for business needs.System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of multiple systems and maintain effective communication across various components of the infrastructure.Security: Incorporate security measures throughout the solutioning lifecycle to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with organizational policies.Data Process Automation: Use SQL, PowerShell, and Python to design business processes and automate data transformations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in operations.API Development and Integration: Develop and manage APIs to support system integration and business needs.Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor development and engineering teams, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Documentation and Training: Prepare comprehensive documentation and deliver training to new team members to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity.Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate business objectives into technical solutions. 5+ years of Data Driven Systems and Process design experienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
