This role will work closely with the IT Infrastructure team to ensure systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives, while managing servers, networks, cloud services, and related technologies to support daily operations and future growth. Job duties include: Infrastructure Management: • Design, deploy, and maintain server, storage, and network infrastructure. • Manage cloud services, including Microsoft Azure and Office 365, to ensure optimal performance and availability. • Implement and manage security solutions such as Microsoft Defender and Palo Alto Networks to protect the organization’s assets. System Maintenance & Optimization: • Perform regular updates and patch management for servers, network devices, and cloud services. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability. • Optimize existing infrastructure to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Project & Change Management: • Work closely with cross-functional teams on infrastructure-related projects. • Assist in planning and executing infrastructure upgrades and migrations. • Stay informed about new technologies and trends to ensure the organization adopts the most effective solutions. Security & Compliance: • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal security policies. • Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. • Regularly review and enhance security measures to protect data and systems. Document & Reporting: • Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and changes. • Provide regular reports on system performance, incidents, and improvements. Other duties as assigned. **YOUR MUST HAVES:** • Must be 18 years or older. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3 or more years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related role. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms, including Office 365, Microsoft Azure, and Windows Server. • Experience with security tools such as Microsoft Defender and Palo Alto Networks. • Familiarity with networking concepts and devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities. WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE: • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, CompTIA Network+, or relevant technical certifications. • Experience with configuration management tools like Intune or similar. • Knowledge of automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python). **OUR ENVIRONMENT:** This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week.
