Strategic Resource Associate, Pipeline Coordinator

The Strategic Resource Associate (SRA), Pipeline Coordinator is a member of the CNC SRM team and has a direct impact on the success of HUB’s sales organization. The Pipeline Coordinator ensures the accuracy and effectiveness of the regional sales pipeline by leading pipeline reviews, tracking opportunity data, and collaborating with the VP Sales Operations & Client Strategies and Chief Sales Officer to provide actionable insights on deal progression. This role maintains data quality in HUB’s CRM platform, CORE, and addresses data gaps to ensure alignment with regional sales goals. The Pipeline Coordinator also supports our executive team in Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) efforts by managing M&A pipeline and performing ongoing agency research to align with HUBs M&A strategy. This is an exciting role for someone who is interested in sales operations and has a desire to learn and grow.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Support monthly pipeline review meetings with producers to ensure accuracy and completeness of pipeline information in HUB’s CRM, CORESupport data integrity of CORE, ensuring all necessary fields are consistently and accurately updated.  Perform regular audits to ensure all pipeline data reflects realityWork with VP Sales Operations & Client Strategies and Strategic Resource Manager on all reporting and insight needsUtilize Excel, PowerPoint, or PowerBi to organize and display data as needed by leadership – Intermediate Level Skills RequiredPartner with producers, field marketing, and others to support marketing and lead generation initiativesAct as a primary point of contact and regional expert on COREUpdate and manage lead listIdentify and research competitor agencies as prospectsWork with SRM, executive leadership, and others regarding data needed for new producer and M&A onboarding efforts and data imports COREAbility to develop and execute vertically driven sales campaigns based on Producer’s needsAssist with development of scrubbed lead lists, RFPs, capabilities presentations, benchmarking reports, premium volume stats, and sell sheetsAssists with company special events, including sales conferences, trade shows, sales contestsInteracts with corporate Marketing & Communications in the creation of and execution of advertisements, email blasts, and enhancement of Producer social media presenceAct as a primary point of contact for CNC sales team on all sales tools and resource needsOther responsibilities may include:Provide document/logistical support for various meetings and summits.Other responsibilities could be assigned by Manager.

Desired Skills & Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent; AA and/or college degree preferredRequired 1-2 years of relevant experienceDesire to be part of a team that facilitates the success of HUB’s sales teamAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with producers and executive leadershipHigh attention to detail with the ability to accurately support databasesExperience or familiarity with CRM tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics a plus (not required)Exceptional communicator with customers, sales teams, and technical resourcesCreative critical thinker and problem solver, breaking complex issues into simple solutionsCompetent and comfortable with technology; demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft OfficeComfortable working in a fast-paced setting, with proven ability to take initiativeAbility to work in a cross functional team environmentStrong interpersonal skills

Position Type: Full-Time/Regular

Department Sales Operations

Required Travel: Negligible - Travel is dependent on the needs and geographic spread of the HUB or HUB Region. On average, 10-25% domestic travel to offices within the HUB or region, and 1-2 trips to Chicago (Corporate) per year.
