Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is currently seeking a highly motivated Software Tester to support a United States Marine Corps (USMC) effort within Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic in North Charleston, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated test experience supporting integration, evaluation, and verification testing activities within a virtual test environment and play a critical role in ensuring the functionality, performance, and reliability of our Tactical Data Systems (TDSs) and applications. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive test events, including the configuration of systems and applications under test, quality assurance reviews, and data validation. Frequent briefings will be required to communicate test progress, findings, and readiness to leadership and team members. Responsible for recording, validating, and prioritizing defects discovered during test cycles to include collecting test data, submitting defect reports, and initiating corrective actions. Responsibilities will also include reviewing requirements, documentation, and test plans to ensure adequate test coverage of all features and capabilities, as well as write and manage manual and/or automated (e.g. Eggplant) test cases, develop and execute comprehensive test methods and plans, and maintain test server Virtual Machines (VMs). Familiarity with JIRA is essential, as the role involves tracking and documenting issues, feature requests, and enhancement suggestions. Qualifying candidates must meet or exceed the following requirements: Experience: + A minimum of three (3) years of technical experience supporting Marine Corps Command and Control Systems (MC2S) and/or similar USMC / Navy software or hardware systems to include test and evaluation, automated testing, and/or operational testing + Relevant technical experience in support of Marine Corps tactical data systems such as Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Army Data Dissemination Service (DDS), Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Combat Operations Center (COC), Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Joint Tactical Common Operational Picture (COP) Workstation (JTCW), Tactical COP Server (TCS), or other relevant tactical systems is desired + Experience providing analytical and technical support to projects involving tactical/operational documentation, military systems design, scenario development and/or other efforts requiring military operations expertise Skills, Training, and Education: + BS degree from an accredited college or university, preferred + Software Test Automation training, skills, and experience (e.g., Eggplant) + Relevant skills and/or training in various Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software such as vSphere, JIRA, OpenShift, DSPro, SENSEI, Stratcom, Link16, Cursor on Target (COT) is preferred Additional Requirements: + Experience using the following platforms, software, applications, etc.: + VMware ESX/ESXi, VMware vCenter, VMware vSphere + MS Windows (All Versions), Windows Server, RedHat Linux + Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange + Experience in technical specifications development, process analysis and design, technical problem solving, and analytical/logical thinking + Highly proficient with SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, Intelink, Naval LIFT, or similar products + Proven experience working successfully across geographically diverse cross-functional teams + High-level attention to detail and the ability to track multiple projects, tasks, schedules, and competing priorities + Excellent analysis and problem-solving abilities, with proven experience designing and implementing solutions to complex problems + Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment + Proven leadership ability as well as strong decision-making and trouble-shooting skills + Process-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills + Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills Security Requirements: + U.S. Citizen + Current active SECRET security clearance Additional Information: + This is not a remote position + Travel: Less than 25% Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd., offers a full package of benefits and competitive salary, excellent group medical, vision, and dental programs. 401K savings plan; $4K annual tuition reimbursement ($5K if pursuing master’s degree); employee training, development, and education programs; profit sharing; advancement opportunities; and much more! **_ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018, ISO 27001:2013_** **_CMMI Development and Services - Maturity Level 3_** **_An Employee-Owned Business_** **_EEO/Veterans/Disabled_**
