Systems Analyst-Technology
Description Apply Now Open sharing options Save Saved Share As a Systems Analyst, Candidate should preferably have 1-2 years of experience in Manual testing and handling project end to end along with defect tracking. Candidate should be able to analyze, test and work along with Business team, Analysts, developers on complex initiatives. Candidate should be able to write test cases, scripts, Jira stories and break them down into milestones to achieve the complete project. Candidate should be able to probe on defects/bugs, communicate and drive them to closure. Candidate should work closely with Production support lead, understand the issues raised to support Retail escalations (managing client issues) plus effective outbound marketing and cross sell. Candidate should have software life cycle background and also be able to do top/down communication with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn application/integrations/historyBuild out business partner networkConduct regular cadence with application users and seek feedback/ challenges encounteredBuild out JIRA processes/ Review and clean out backlog/ Groom and execute on prioritized workManage asset level tactical roadmapConsult with business on guiding principles/solutions for assetUser ticket management/ Issue prioritization and solution supportSME for development of training and communications/ Assist with reporting up of metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Technology/Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration.Understanding and demonstrated experience working with web tools.Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applicationsStrong analytic skills; ability to understand complex systems and design communication around integration and interface pointsAble to write test cases, scripts, JIRA stories for a business need, get it approved from the Business,Follow through with developers, get the timelines and act as a liaison between the Business and DeveloperCapability to work with a multi-functional team of business owners, developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals.Strong organizational skills: the ability to complete multiple tasks under time constraints and competing priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, business analysts, management, and business team members)
