POSITION SUMMARY:Writes/modifies/debugs computer programswith minimal to no
supervision,of all levels of complexity from simple, medium to high level complexity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, document, analyze, create,test and modify computer programs Ability toindependentlytroubleshootreported programmingissues, provide solution and resolve the issues in timely manner. Support and enhance existing IT Applications and services including but not limited to,new EDIrequirements, new client acquisitions, new business acquisitions, data interfaces implementations Preparesand runsthe test plans as needed Complete daily Departmental duties as assigned in atimely and professional manner Monitors and troubleshoots system/application performance issueswith minimal to no supervision. Work with geographically separated team on the application development, bugs fixing/enhancements, QA process and effectively communicate with them. Other job related duties as assigned by manager

PREFERRED SKILLS

4+ yearshands-onexperience with RDBMS–Oracle, MS SQL Server, Postgres 4+ years’hands-onexperienceof JAVA programming language Good knowledge of data structures, data exchange and data conversion Knowledge of Internet/Intranet, client/server technologies. Knowledge of Software development life cycle Good organization skills, the ability to multi-task, and communicate withmanagement while simultaneously work with management and team members to get the appropriate priority level assigned to meet strictdeadlines. Good written and verbal communication & presentation skills-effectivelypresent information and respond to questions from clients, vendors and staff; ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in an architectural/functional diagram Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies.
