Job DescriptionTo interpret the business requirement specification and translate into a detailed system design specification to enable the development of innovative, flexible and efficient solution of a business problemDeliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standardsEnsure system, process and efficiency improvements (including innovations)Analyse system technical requirementConduct a system requirement risk assessmentDefine, develop and document how business systems interface functionallyBuild working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovationControl expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costsDevelop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialisationDisplay and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivityParticipate in planned activities that are appropriate for own developmentEnsure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processesCompile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisionsManages risks in own area of responsibilityCreates solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
Job Requirements:
Degree or Diploma and/or CBAP Certification.7 to 10 years relevant systems analysis experience, as enumerated above.4 to 5 years Payments and Forex industry domain experienceStrong working knowledge of Use Cases and UML.Exposure to the system or applications being developed would be an added advantage.Knowledge of all elements that make up the Forex IT infrastructure.Development and Production Incident Management experience.Extensive knowledge and experience with Scope Change Management.#Post
