Job Description

To interpret the business requirement specification and translate into a detailed system design specification to enable the development of innovative, flexible and efficient solution of a business problem

Are you someone who can:

Articulate and document business /systems requirements in a manner which is understood by all stakeholders, clearly articulate the business needs and at the appropriate level of detail.Must ensure use cases are correctly updated, services are tested and correctly mapped.Produce swagger docs where applicableMust be able to rapidly develop an insight into the platform and to communicate effectively with people who can provide that insight. Demonstrate good understanding of all elements that make up Business and IT system domain.Must be able to voluntarily participate, engage and/or propose solutions during JADs, project meetings, WR reviews & SA reviews. Able to ask the right questions.Must be able to independently approach stakeholders for seeking information.Ensure that models and standards are done according to accepted UML best practices, apply writing guidelines and templates (SRS, TWR and impact assessment.).Make sure documentation is up to date and is aligned to the ongoing changes to the requirements

You’ll be an ideal candidate if you meet the following requirements:

BSc Computer Science and Information TechnologyStrong analytical skillsTechnical experience in JavaUML (Sequence Diagrams, Context Diagrams and Low-level Design Documents) and Object-Oriented Design FoundationsIntegration Patterns - APIs (SOAP and REST) using Json and XML, Queues, BatchDatabases - Ability to read and write SQLAbility to produce System Requirements Specification (SRS), which contains a functional view.
