How will you make an impact?
As a Systems Administrator III, Endpoint Management, you will be responsible for the administration of Intune, Windows Autopilot, Application Deployment, Patch Management, and O.S Deployment activities.

Support Thermo Fisher systems, follow guidelines, provide global support, interact with various partners.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administration and support of the Intune environment to ensure stability, integrity, and business continuity.Implement and coordinate Windows Autopilot and other modern device management tools.Perform routine maintenance activities like old package cleanup, backups, etc.Monitor and maintain Intune infrastructure and client health.Coordinate Intune software delivery, including various methods such as running advertised programs, machine targeted, user targeted, Application Library, and Company Portal.Configure and handle software updates using Intune Patch Management and perform monthly patching activities.Manage compliance settings by crafting and importing Configuration Items (CI).Conduct performance analysis and fine-tune configuration to increase performance.Work on problem resolution, identifying root causes, and taking preventive maintenance.Monitor the ServiceNow ticket system and close tickets as per the SLA.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer or Information Sciences.Overall IT experience of 10+ years, with a minimum of 8+ years in SCCM/Intune.In-depth and extensive experience in the implementation, administration, and configuration of SCCM/Intune in an enterprise environment.Experience in deploying operating system images and software applications using SCCM/Intune.Experience in major Microsoft technologies like server operating systems, Active Directory, SharePoint, and SQL Server is a plus.Proficient in documentation with audiences that vary between technical and non-technical users and management.Demonstrate good judgment and ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision and direction to perform professional and organizational responsibilities.Experience working in ITIL and Project Management Processes.Excellent oral and interpersonal skills to interact and work with global IT teams and end customers.This position will involve working in rotational shifts.Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrate professional communication skills with both technical and non-technical customers.Good to Have SkillsCrafting automation scripts via PowerShell/VB Script for routine activities.Good knowledge of MDM solutions, BitLocker, and CrowdStrike.At Thermo Fisher Scientific, each one of our 125,000 extraordinary minds has an outstanding story to tell.
