Leidos DSI is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to add immediate value in supporting our flagship product in the U.S. House of Representatives. We serve high profile customers including all branches of federal, state, and local government, as well as commercial clients. Leidos DSI delivers industry-leading digital communications and workflow software along with excellent customer support.

The Challenge:

Hands-on management of daily operations of our flagship application, Intranet Quorum, in the Congressional market.Monitor application and database performance to identify and correct potential issues before disruption occursWork with a team of experienced engineers, administrators and customer facing consultants t ensure customer success

What Sets You Apart (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree with two plus (2+) years of relevant experience. May consider more years of relevant experience in lieu of degreeUS Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security ClearanceExperience managing complex systems and applications at enterprise scaleExceptional technical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accountability n troubleshooting and documenting system issuesBroad range of technical expertise including a mix of the following:Windows, Active Directory, GPOFamiliarity with SMTP Mail servers, protocols, and standardsLinux/UbuntuKubernetes/Tanzu,M365/ExchangeOracle databases, RMAN backups, Toad, SQL DeveloperNagios or similar monitoring tools for system healthMethodical approach to system monitoring, maintenance and management tasksExcellent oral and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills that allow you to foster confidence and trust as you interact with environment IT management, customers, team membersWillingness/flexibility to perform weekend and after-hours system maintenance workA cool head and balanced demeanor when working in a fast-paced, demanding environment

You Might Also Have:

Three plus (3+) years of relevant experienceUnderstanding of public sector security compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53/FISMA/FedRAMP)AWS and/or Azure/M365 experience and/or certification

Pay Range:Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
