Description Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, etc.). Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability. Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls. Support virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Docker. Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and Identity Management solutions. Manage backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity. Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python). Maintain system documentation, including configurations and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations. Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and assist in resolving escalated issues. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in system administration, IT support, or network administration. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid infrastructures. Familiarity with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs, etc.). Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, etc.). Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, SCCM). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
