NOVA-Dine is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide desktop, server, and help desk support at the U.S. Army’s LNEC in Clarksburg, WV. The role supports daily IT operations on classified and unclassified networks, ensuring endpoint compliance, patching, and user support across the enterprise.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support and issue resolution.Deploy and maintain endpoint images and configurations.Support Active Directory and endpoint compliance.Troubleshoot desktop, printer, and mobile device issues.Maintain help desk documentation and asset tracking.Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience): Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field.6+ years of desktop/help desk support experience.US citizenship with active Secret clearance required.
