Systems Administrator
Description We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be required to provide technical support, manage IT projects, monitor system performance, and develop IT policies. This role involves interfacing with various departments and continuous improvement of IT processes. Responsibilities: • Provide hands-on troubleshooting support to end users and maintain up-to-date technical documentation. • Participate in IT projects, from requirements gathering to project planning and implementation. This also includes managing resources and conducting cost/benefit analysis. • Monitor the system's performance to ensure efficiency and resolve any arising issues. • Develop, maintain, and enforce standardized IT policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance. • Act as a liaison between the Corporate IT department and other group companies to ensure efficient communication and alignment of projects. • Regularly update management on the status of projects, incidents, and other relevant metrics. • Standardize duties and continuously seek ways to improve IT processes and system utilization. • Provide detail-oriented and empathetic support for problem resolutions to end users. • Plan and execute solutions in line with organizational principles and practices. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies • Familiarity with Citrix Technologies • Expertise in Cloud Technologies • Knowledge of Dell Technologies • Experience with Firewall Technologies • Ability to perform AB Testing • Proficiency in Active Directory • Experience with Backup Technologies • Skills in Cluster Analysis • Knowledge of Computer Hardware • Proficiency in Veeam and Veeam Backup • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server • Experience with VMware, Vmware Infrastructure, and Vmware Technologies • Knowledge of vSphere • Ability to manage Virtual Machines Call today for Immediate Consideration!
