Job Description:

The Vice President of Finance, BHMG and Value-Based Care (including Home Care) has responsibility for the financial management, reporting, budgeting, strategic financial planning, provider compensation, coding, revenue cycle (including professional medical billing, revenue integrity, accounts receivable operations, coding education and workflows and rural health management).    The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to collaborate effectively with leaders across Baptist Health in a dynamic healthcare environment. Also, with the system chief financial officer, VP Finance and Value Based Care will contribute to the building of the Baptist Health long range financial plan and the implementation of strategies to achieve the operating and financial targets.

Minimum Requirements:

Degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.  MBA, MHA or CPA is preferred.

A minimum of 10 years of financial/operations experience in a large, integrated health system.  

A minimum of 5 years or more in medical group management
