About Position:
Position Title: System Engineer
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
System design for SVA / PDC projects per Aptiv process and assigned goals Collect and analyze customers’ requirements for system requirement for system requirement definition. Lead technical communication with customer and provide technical support to customer, maintain customer technical relationships. Follow system engineering process, support Agile and AutoScrum roll out in the organization Lead resolution of systemic, cross-project, and/or cross-competency technical issues. Take part in the development and execution of product and technology strategies Drive and support enterprise continuous improvement (cost, quality, performance, efficiency) Support warranty issue investigation with SYS capacities and capabilities
Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills:
Major in science or engineering fields. Bachelor Degree or above Strong interpersonal, presentation, coaching skills. Strong team work spirit, task and work planning still. Fluent Verbal English skills. Willing to drive vehicle testing in order to detect potential product / SW issues
Preferred Qualifications:
Has team management experience, or similar experiences Embedded software or/and electrical engineering experience is preferred Good sense of finance.
