Job Description:

The Systems Specialist serves as a liason between end users, and technology project teams. The position may be called upon to participate in requirement gathering, participate in design, test or deployment, and production support. The position may also be called upon to gather trade data content for delivery of UPS enterprise tools. The position supports technology help desk and software development teams.
