System Service Representative

Entering this domain positions you at the heart of IBM, where growth and innovation thrive. **Your role and responsibilities** As System Service Representative at IBM, you will be responsible to: * Be an expert in IBM product's technology that are currently available, and also future technology. * Constant learning and to be able to understand client's need. * Cover multiple clients (remotely and onsite) for IBM Mainframe and Storage * Support incident handling, account support, and project services. * Manage escalation to IBM Global SME and become the local interface to client. * Plan and execute service planning (spare part and knowledge), and become escalation point for in-sourced scope. * Assigned to focus clients to lead the maintenance contract and project services. **Required technical and professional expertise** * S1 graduates (or equivalent) in Technical studies * Experienced System Service Rep for IT Projects / Professional services, and/or software development project * Skill required: Basic to advanced Programming and code scripting skill, Operating System logics, IT Equipment Networking Skills, Presentation Skills. * Have experience in project management **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Has at least 2 years of experience * Have good presentation skills and ability to manage client expectations during project implementation * Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia & English to be able to discuss and communicate business/technical subjects with clients. * IBM zOS skills * IBM Storage skills * IBM Mainframe skills IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
