The MSP Pack team builds and maintains core software and services in Amazon Fulfillment Centers that help pack items into packages to be shipped to our customers worldwide. Key job responsibilities
- Lead and drive operational excellence initiatives by designing and implementing automation solutions
- Architect systems that are robust, scalable, maintainable and adaptable for future growth
- Design and build critical infrastructure, tools and operating procedures to ensure reliability of ground infrastructure
- Lead integration efforts with existing systems and establish best practices for system interactions
- Define and implement metrics for measuring system performance and availability
- Lead critical incident response and drive systematic improvements to prevent future issues
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical development of the team
