Kforce has a client that is seeking a System Application Support Analyst in Chicago, IL. Overview: Individuals in the System Application Support Analyst role are responsible for serving as liaisons between IT, software vendor(s) and the Commercial Lending line of business. They collect, analyze, document, communicate business requirements, and develop/configure systems, such as Abrigo, to achieve business goals. System Application Support Analysts continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction, deepen relationships, and effectively manage client expectations. Key Accountabilities: * Collaborate with Line of Business and technical resources to ensure features and functionality are developed according to business requirements and client needs are appropriately incorporated * As a System Application Support Analyst, you will complete use cases and user stories to guide application development efforts working closely with the development teams and business teams to ensure successful implementation * Evaluate existing business processes against industry standards, identify areas for improvement and facilitate conversations with the business to drive actionable change in alignment with state priories and key results
