The person in this role is responsible for assisting in the user and student provisioning process for the new Anthology systems. Additionally, this person will support workforce users troubleshoot access issues, document processes, assist in release management processes, and other assignments that come from the Anthology implementation. This position reports to the Application Administrator, who will oversee the work assignments and day-to-day responsibilities.
