Responsible for manage and develop RPA automations.
Responsible for performing requirements analysis, creating documentation / specification to address Global IT (US and / or EU), checking user needs and possibility of process automation and implementation of improvements, preparing the system to meet the requirements.
Ensure that systems are operating correctly, providing system support to users and preparing the system for exchanging information with external customers (EDI / B2B).
Analyze, develop and implement new processes to meet the requirements of SAP EDI customers. Including business unit integrations for all EDI requirements to keep all SLA requirements agreed with customers.
Provide SAP system support within the functional area of SAP EDI specialization, this includes research, identification and training of activation functionality based on customer requirements.
Collect and analyze project business requirements by coordinating trainings, requirements workshops, business and workflow analysis, success criteria and KPIs.
Prepare accurate and detailed system requirements and logic, user interface guides and functional specification documents.
Responsible for effective communication with external business partners and internal teams to meet project requirements.
Coordinate tests with Global IT (US and/or Germany), the responsible team, external customer and/or suppliers.
Interaction with other functional areas of IT.
