Purpose Statement This is for a Systems Analyst role withing the Capitec Shared Services team Supporting Retail and Business Banking. The purpose of this role is to work in high complexity environment, fully embedded in DevOps team, leveraging specialist analysis tools, framework, techniques and practices to elicit, define/design and organize business requirements across multiple stakeholder groups. Translate and document business requirements into technical user stories or specification (Full Stack, Cross system) detailing integration points, business & associated risk/ opportunities to be realized. 3-5 years’ System Analyst Experience - Cross functional and Full Stack. Modelling knowledge that will aid in formulating use cases and designing requirements. Exposure to Agile and technology such as Jira and Confluence. Experience in creating business cases for technology-related solutions. Experience with Agile development methodologies.Ideal:
Systems Design and Analysis experience Qualifications (Minimum) Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred) A relevant degree in Commerce or Information Technology Diploma in Business Analysis Knowledge
